I would be interested in your offer.
But I don't have this amount or close to it now (still waiting on b!z to pay me for the 0.1btc I gave him  ) but once I do I will have incoming bitcoin to amount to this in smalll amounts.
So let me know if you can do this for me please not all at once but in a span of a week or two.

They can if the payment was sent as unauthorized, or if there were other complications that happens during the transaction.  You'd have to trust that the sender is using his/her own account with his/her own legal funds to send you money.
