The rates are different from country to country, the advertisers are bidding a minimum of $0.40 CPM for any country they wish and the cpm can even be lower for advertisers with a large budget.  We don't pay per click, but per mile of impressions. That means that if an advertiser bid $1 for Germany, you will receive a $0.80 - $0.90 CPM. Hope It was clearer this time. Unfortunately, we don't work with banners, we work with popunders.
