Hello,

I'm looking for someone to create a Bitcoin faucet for me. Here are the requirements:

1. Uses Solvemedia for a CAPTCHA.
2. Pays out via python script using sendmany from a local bitcoind.
3. Uses cookie and IP address (stored in mysql or text file) to disallow repeat visitors within 24 hours.
4. Coded in the CodeIgniter/php framework with appropriate model, view, controller separation.

You will install the above system on an existing barebones debian lamp server that has bitcoind installed and running. There are no other sites or services that should conflict.

I would like to have this done as quickly as possible but I'm flexible. Please PM with your bid and time frame.

Thanks,

weex
