Well, I also think the account is hacked but asking a signed message from altcoins is not valid. Maybe he can prove it somehow and them we fulfill his request, by the way anyone giving loans to such accounts should keep in mind that they can recovered later with the admin involvement. Thank  you for bringing the address deal to my attention.  I did not even notice when I posted this that this is not a bitcoin address.  Seems like the hacker is full of it anyway.  You have to love how they hack accounts thinking someone is going to just give out money and then leave.  Have to love stupid.
