Search around for bitcoin exchanges, and see what services they offer.
Direct link to paypal is unlikely, since paypal is relatively expensive.
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Category:Exchanges has a large list of exchanges.
Many people are happy with btc-e.com, or mtgox.com, or localbitcoins.com

Use something local. Since I'm from Sweden I'm using Kapiton.se which works well with our banks.

@DanielJonss. On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.

been using fastcash4bitcoins.com and i trust them 100% but about to check out coinbase just in case they might have a better rate...

right now if bitcoin worth 140, fastcash4bitcoins would probably give you 134-135 via paypal
