As stated in title, I need exactly $166 PP for 0.04BTC.  That's 1:1 preev as of right now.

Local rule:  I don't deal with anyone under Full Member and never with untrusted individuals.  

I would prefer to deal with those I've already dealt with.  You go first, preferably.  The PP party always has the upper hand anyway, with the option to charge back.
