Is armoryDB supposed to startup in a dos prompt every time I start armory now?

That's to convey the change in paradigm. I plan to hide it in the next version.
Can you make the visibility of that an option when it starts.

Also is it possible to show "something" by way of number crunching during the initial sync because when there is an unusually long sync that rotating icon doesn't inspire a lot of confidence that we are reaching the finish line, sometimes I think we are lying on the track with a broken leg but the icon still rotates.
