What if an escrow take away with all my bitcoins/money??
See first thier trust rating before using an escrow. We have a lot of escrows here which has the highest trust rating so you will not get scammed. They are legit escrows.
In fact the rating also cannot give you’re the suriety that he/she will not take your bitcoin, therefore the only solution is not to take a big risky try to trust on escrow for a little amount , that cannot harm you too much if he/she takes your bitcoin.
Yeah well, I agree that the ratings or feedbacks usually isn't enough these days but one should also look at the user's actual reputation, contributions to the community, and maybe even interactions with other trusted members. We shouldn't just look at the actual trade histories.
Still, escrow scam are rare and when there's large amounts of coins involved and having escrows is a must, then choose the best. Even if these means paying premium.
Direct to the point and i strongly agree with you. Before you made a transaction reputable escrows is a must as you mentioned earlier we should not fuly rely on trading history but also see its recent activities but in this forum escrow list those person are reputable and trusted enough and we shouldnt be worry about making up transaction to them and avoid as much as possible on unknown persons who offer escrows chance of being scammed is high especially on huge amounts.
