Wait. The transaction will confirm when it is verified by a miner. Though, since you're spending an unconfirmed input, you would have to wait for that to confirm as well. (Right? I'm not wrong, am I? Correct me if I am.)

Read this while you're waiting: FAQ: All About Unconfirmed 0 Confirmation Transaction Fee (READ before posting!)

It might take some time but it will confirm eventually. Many transactions are currently in the same state due to the fact that there are many transactions being sent out. If you're facing this issue often then get a wallet that has dynamic calculations for fees like Bitcoin Core.

Thanks,

And why has one other different adress in the same transaction and total input/ output 7.23 btc, when I payed just 0,039? What means this?

Thanks,
Marcos

You may have only sent 0.039 BTC to one address, but like in reality, when you pay with more than what is required, you are returned change. Thus, the extra address is your "change" address. So now one input for a future transaction is the address 1J9Etkj1BSfXDyaTzH7KypBbLmbbhENehc (which you've already used). Change addresses are what allow you to be able to keep n bitcoins and only spend partial amounts of it... Otherwise you would be forced to use up all the bitcoins in any given input. And hey, looks like your transaction has one confirmation now!

UTXO -  UNSPENT TRANSACTION OUTPUT
https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-guide#term-utxo
Inputs are not addresses but are utxos. A transaction spending those utxos will list them individually.
