Wings pump after ICO?

Why the idea of a pump after ICO? Is it because GUO is an adviser to the project or because streemio is involve in it. Just wanting to know the premises to this conclusion

It would be safe to expect a dump in the price soon after ICO as bounty hunters will look to book quick profits.

There are some exemption on this rule.  I think it depends on the people how they see Wings after the ICO ended.  Or the developer itself can pump it hard if they wanted to.  We can see it after the ICO ends and it get listed to and exchange.

This is the most possible thing to happen.  Bounty hunters never care for the future of the coins. They are just in for a quick cash and forget about it.  So expect a massive sales from bounty hunters right after the ICO ended and their bounty is distributed.

When is the bounty tokens going to be distribute? the timing of the distribution is key, for me I want the distribution to be distributed early so anybody that want to dump should do early and let the token price find it feet.
