Poloniex: 6 days with my SJCX lost in Nirvana

I made a SJCX deposit 6 days ago, the BTC transaction had 100+ confirmations and still there was no sign of it in Polo. I opened a ticket and 2 days later I finally got a reply saying that there were some "maintenance issues" going on. There was some speculation that it had to do with the Mempool story but now that it has been solved there are still no news and I still can't access my coins.

This is getting past a joke now, there is absolutely no communication from Polo and their support is very much sub-par. Apparently all Counterparty assets have been frozen without any notice.
