I think you have imported a WATCH ONLY address and you thought that own bitcoins right ?  if wrong than thats wierd Did you hack the wallet ? if so than watch the ip address ...

It seems that OP is trying to transfer coins from one of his imported addresses to "main" blockchain wallet address . First i don't know why would you transfer coins, you don't have private keys of "main" address from wallet. Second there is no "private key verification" when you try to do that.
If you are trying to import address in wallet, than you need to enter private key.

you not need private key if only send or transfer funds in your bitcoin
if except you want import/export addres you need private key
new blockchain without private key, xapo and coinbase same without private key too
