A question about using short link on faucet

Hi, i am going to use short link on my new faucet. I see many people is using shorte.st . i have read their terms and they seem don't pay for some traffic(like ptc). So i want to know do they pay for faucet ?

I'm not sure if they allow faucets, but if they mention "incentive traffic" anywhere in their terms, then no, you probably wont be able to use their service
