Happened to me once
I usually have strong passwords but once i changed it to my birth date at one of my wallets (and i had a significant amount on that particular wallet) for sake of giving away a lot of smaller amounts instead of just disabling the damn pass for some short period of time. Of course, real life kicked in, i stepped away from the desk and surprise, once i got back - i couldn't remember my pass! The old, strong one didn't work. An hour later a glimpse over Facebook page helped me remember i changed it. All good, still rich!
