The raffle will consist of
22 slots at 0.03BTC per slot. There are 2 groups. If the second last digit of the winning hash is even, then a winner will be chosen from the even group (And the same goes for an odd digit). If an unassigned slot gets chosen, we will jump to the next block while still using the same group.
Note that there will always be 5 unassigned slots in both groups. You can request a slot that's currently unassigned, provided that there is a space for it to move to.
