Ok, so I apparently sent phishing messages to a couple of accounts via my satmas account(I may have been hacked but I wouldn't know considering nothing was changed). Start reading from here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=77870.msg16770867#msg16770867(on the framing accusation part: it just looks wierd seeing as the quote in RedGolpe's post wasn't clickable and the link was an actual bitcointalk link, and there was no evidence at hte time, so my mistake there). I got a signed message ready to go in case you need to confirm that I have my account(back?) Edit: Sent it to Cyrus.

When people quote PMs it'll just take you to their profile when you click on it. This account was caught doing the same yesterday as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=916948 satmas12

I can say that that account isn't me, and I don't mean that the quote doesn't take me to the pm, I mean that the quote wasn't clickable, period(so it looks weird).

Does the rule of ban evasion apply to hacked accounts that are banned as well? How long does it usually take for recovery?

Yes. If your account is banned and you post outside of meta that's ban evasion. You long does it take to recover an account,? Haha you probably don't want this answer but it could take as little as a few days or as long as a few months assuming you can prove you're the original owner. Never if you can't prove it with a signed message though. I would send a message to Badbear, Theymos and Cyrus.

Bump, should I send a pm once a week, or just send 1 to Theymos and Cyrus?
Once a week probably makes the most sense. Send it to all 3 admins, why not? It couldn't hurt. They obviously just skip over a lot of these requests a lot of times so just be persistent.

It looks to me that you are refusing to even take responsibility for what you did. In a single sentence you say both that you send phishing messages, and that you might have been hacked! Which one is it?

Which one is it? Key word, apparently, and the reason why I said that I might have been hacked instead of being sure that I was hacked is because the password wasn't changed during the time the phishing messages were sent(I think).

How about I ask you this. Did you or did you not send those phishing messages? Oh and don't bother lying or evading the question because SMF makes more than enough information available to allow the administrators to come to a reasonable conclusion. A reasonable person would know that they were either hacked or they were not hacked, namely because you would have multiple accounts that would get hacked. To me, it looks like you are pulling some 5th amendment BS, however guess what, you are not in court -- you are on private property with a private entity making a decision if they want to allow you to enter onto their property.
