I don't want access to anybodys information or related info. It seems theres alot of unenlightened ppl on the forums, and I will educate them on how they can verify their PP account.

If you are selling any card with zero balance,it will not work to verify paypal account..but the card is JUST ADDED to paypal account and pp account is not verified

Yes I know that. Paypal will make a "test" transaction to verify status of the card and not just add the card to the account. What you add to the card, is up to you.
