[SELLING] Time counter to execute php command (no page refresh)

The script is Simple:
When user visits the website, there will be a time counter appear (counting from 5 to 0). When it reaches 0 second, a php code will be process and the time counter will disapear (without refreshing the page).

Example:
After view 5 seconds
sql="UPDATE...........";
