I want to buy BTC-E Code

I'd like to Buy BTC-E.com balance in order to use for Bitcoin trading but i've no idea about how can i get it for low exchange rate.
i can deal by cash (USD) in EGYPT if there're any Egyptians here, also i can send MoneyGram payments (CASH) but they will charge me almost 3% of the total amount if i'm not mistaken.

i'm asking here because i'm trusting people in bitcointalk.org very much so please advice ..

also (i have not used this service myself before but) there is this site http://xmlgold.eu/ where you can buy btc-e codes with many different online payment processors. but you will end up paying more than you may like. (i think they also have an announcement on this forum)

Its better you search for sell offers in localbitcoins where you can directly buy bitcoin with your local cash also there may be good offers for moneygram too. But i don't think it will be at market rate so better to create thread in currency exchange board of this forum as suggested above.

There is also one exchanger https://www.changer.com/ which i have used to exchange bitcoin to pm or pm to bitcoin for small amount. You can try them to buy btc-e USD or bitcoin directly if you have perfectmoney, okpay or payeer. However i strongly suggest you not to exchange high amount with them on first attempt do in small fractions.

Currently Localbitcoins.com is good for you try to check this may be you have some one from Egypt who can help you otherwise try to arrange perfect money or okpay this can help you for buying these codes need to do some extra work for this
