So you just adnitted here that you have an intention to sell it but then you didn't and just resolved in to using it as a collateral? I assume you don't have any intention to repay then. Plus I don't think an account will simply cost that much so you are asking too much for a loan. Your collateral has to be atleast 120% of the amount you are asking.
