GUIMiner PRoblem! Please help!

Hi there!
I am tottaly new here and I am having some problems working GUIminer!
I am using GUIMiner version v2012-12-03
I have lenovo thinkpad with a card NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS

I set up a worker in eclipsems and a new worker in GUIminer. I selected autostart in the summary tab, I used the correct username and password of my worker in eclipsems and I pressed the start button but nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?
Can you please help?
