If that's your vision,let me tell you,your project failed even before it started.You maybe someone with a lot of money to invest but without proper knowledge in the field,you will fall harder.

Let me elaborate.
-> PHP coder would simply write the back-end and give you a shitty UI.Working,functional and a shit looking site would be the outcome.Good enough to beat the market ? I doubt it.

->PHP coder doesn't code the gambling site alone.He works in a collaborative team with the Front-End developer,UI designer,Data-Base maintainer and writes "optimized,reusable" code.

->Hiring a Full Stack Developer is always great but if you really want a outstanding UI,a ui/ux expert is a must!
