the idea is good. I think it has been use many time before. but you can still use it in your website. and if people think you are legit they'll surely invest (it is not easy to gain trust)..
the problem is your website is hosting on a free domain. so the first impression may not be good..
spend some money first to get more money.

Actually bitcoin lottery is already proven as failed idea because;
1. Nobody gonna trust you if you don't use escrow in middle
2. How you gonna choose winners fairly ? Picking up random number can't be considered as fair result.

On addition to this, it looks like you have to work hard to clear up your website template and color combination. It looks quite confusing.
