Obviously just fake paid for marketing to promote shady, known cheating or scamming FIAT style casinos that also take Bitcoin deposits.

You should provide proof of your "research".
Number of people asked, their geo-location (since you claimed that was most important), how you found these people to survey etc.

Since there doesn't seem to be a survey done here and you haven't contacted any real Bitcoin gambling site operators to get more info.

Are you sure you did not miss something that should be on the top parameters list? Provably Fair mechanism, do you think people does not care about it when they are going to gamble their money on such casino?

To me personally I dont know of others, that is the basic thing I would want to see in a gambling or casino site even though I don't have the technical ability to determine whether its is true or not but I am sure someone on the forum can do the verification. Geo Location is real pain in the butt as long as fiat is used. With credit/debit or PayPal/other fiat payment processor it doesn't matter if you access site using VPN or not.
Your name, location and address will most likely be reveled to the casino operator effectively making withdrawals impossible.
With Bitcoin there is no problem as BTC transaction can't be geo located/tracked and your BTC are not linked to your ID in any way.

I believe that giveaways help establish the fact that the site is reputable, as they are willing to publicly put in money. Of course, there are some exceptions, but I think that holding a giveaway shows that the owner has adequate funds to run the site, promote the site, and keep it going.

As I see it: most (if not every single one of them) online casinos had license issued by some exotic country like Curacao, Costa Rica or Kahnawakee - as these licenses are the easiest and cheapest to obtain.

These are next to worthless these days, totally meaningless for everyone who is not citizen of these countries. As every country handles gaming legislation differently.

The UK Gambling Commission gave a license to Win Cake, at a time when Win Cake had unpaid debts over 100,000 USD. Someone money owed by Win Cake complained to UK Gambling Commission and their response was that Win Cake is not licensed anymore by them and therefore they are not responsible. But claimant complained about the time when Win Cake was licensed by them and during this time the UKGC is very well responsible!

Here are my list:
- Support team as well as live support: this one of main factor which can bring many players to your casinos. Many casinos underestimate this function and it has made some serious problems. If you have the good support team, every gambling issues can be solved quickly and this will build some trust and reputation to your site
- Advertising campaign: Most of the casino does not want to spend their money in the advertisement or other media, social, promos campaign. This is the huge mistake. If you want more players, you must advertise your site. The more people come to your site, they will invite more people. It is the effective circle
- Game designing: for example, people love dice. But some dice are more interesting than other. Why ? Because the designing are more attractive so that people are more willing to spend money there.

If there is a site which have all of these factors, I will join it without thinking
