As i don't have any problem with TVE, daily i keep logging into it and i am doing my daily tasks normally. It better send a support ticket the TVE then you will get reply from them otherwise are else try to request reset password otherwise.

Contacting the support and They may suspicious with your account, these problems were happening with a lot of the people before. But they already solved it.

The only way you can get your account back is through support, did you do any mistakes with your account if so means definitely they will block your account. Otherwise it is better for you to contact them immediately.

You will find same answers here, and that is truly the best thing you could do for now since if you dont do that and just posted an thread out here i think your problem will not be solve immediately, thats why much better to reach up first on their support or just simply post in their thread since mostly they are actively posting some updates in there.
