You say that you are experienced tipster for years and you offer a guarantee profit by buying your tips, logically you should have nice profit so far but why you ask for loan of 0.03btc? Does it make senses?
Wake up buddy, no one will trust you just by saying "I'm great tipster", it sounds like a scam attempt rather than selling tips.
