(WTB) Reloadable Debit Card /Credit Card

Looking for a debit/credit card that I can reload. NO GIFT CARDS

Or that has some money on it, I will buy it off you.

I just want an anonymous payment method for some small cash transaction.
If anyone knows the easiest way to do this please let me know.

You should be able to get a reloadable card from coinzy (https://www.coinizy.com/). I've used it in the past, and it's worked for me.
