Problems with receiving coins to Offline wallet and sending from Online one

I have two problems with Armory.

Problem 1
I created an offline wallet with watching-only copy, and tried to receive coins.
I tried several payments and all of them were confirmed by blockchain but not appeared in wathing-only wallet.
I did a "Rescan balance" but it didn't help.
My flow:
Watch mode wallet -> Receive bitcoins -> get address -> send btc to this address


Problem 2
When I had sent btc from online armory wallet, I received an error
"The broadcast process failed unexpectedly. Report this error to the development team if this issue occurs repeatedly"
I tried to send coins to different addresses and always receive this message.

Yep, I forgot to start bitcoin core and sync the blockchain. Thanks a lot.
