scam accusation/trust confirmation, new board?

There are times and situations where really good deals are made through PM's and PM's alone.
As you know, there is no possibility to link PM's as reference.
Maybe a new board for doing just that would be a good idea?
Same thing exist for scam so why not for trust? It will probably have to  be picture based, so kinda heavy threads ahead... anyway I think it will prove itself useful, what's your opinion?

Why would we require another board called 'Scam Accusation' when such a board already exists?

Personal reputation threads (I take it that's what you mean with 'trust confirmation') should be created in the Reputation section.
