I think he encounter some error on the site And the best thing he can really do their is to contact the support and state what error he encounter so they can fix things up, and the way i see here he is the firsr complainant posted about the problem for the said, and another one for OP post some proof so people can really see your telling the truth and not just trolling around

The picture shows an amount of btc far too high to be real but that does not mean they don't payout , that is not proof that they dont pay out. The OP should have rather said they are lying or misleading people. Everything could happen but the casino profile on this forum has only positive trust which should at least mean that they do pay gamblers.
