As me know, PayPal strictly prohibited for who have verifing account which Virtual Credit Crad.

Better if you have verifing from Debit Card or Credit Card.

I don't know exactly there you able to withdrawal or not to your bank.

I do not know about those who did it. But what I told to you is official regulations of PayPal. As me know you still have withdrawal money to your bank which limit MAX 10.000$ / Month.

I myself have verified my Paypal with VCC few years back

Back in those days paypal was not accepting Indian Debit Card

So I created a VCC using internet banking facility of my own bank account.

Paypal accepted the VCC and verified my account.

But things have changed in recent time paypal bans vcc account think so!

Thats why I am asking good vcc to verify!

I found Ecoin and advcash offering vcc! are they still working?

Go with Crytopay service.
But they explain on their thread that you have to have their vcc debit card fully verified before attempting to have it used on paypal or it will be locked from ever being used on their platform.
I remember reading about it on it and I will think it is like that for them all. Just as a warning if you ever want to link a vcc to a paypal account.
