is there a chart that tells you the amount of coins in circulation for all cryptocoins

I don't think anyone's done this, the last chart for bitcoin estimated it was somewhere around 10% liquid but I'm not sure if the study had a good methodology or was a load of crapola.

The best I have found is here:  http://dustcoin.com/mining

It will not give you exactly what you are asking for, but it is the best place I have found that will give you the information to get there (or get close).  You'll get the current number of blocks, current difficulty, price in BTC and Market Cap in BTC for BTC itself and 8 alt coins.  Taking into account the Market Cap and current ration vs. BTC, that may get you close to current coins in circulation.

There may be a better option with more consolidated information, but I've not seen one.
