Hey do you mean something like this: https://cryptowat.ch/

Will give you prices of BTC and alts on various exchanges?

If you click on bitfinex for example, it'll give you all that info: https://cryptowat.ch/bitfinex/btcusd

Or something else to consider is TradingView. https://www.tradingview.com

you contact each exchange through their API and they either give you their price history in a chart form (like what Poloniex does) or they don't. if they do no explanation is needed. but if they don't you should keep requesting it in an infinite loop to get the prices each 5 minutes (coinmarketcap update time) and then store it in your own database and provide a chart with that.

why do you want to do this anyways? there are enough of these sites already.
