Wapinter.net is site name not account name.It basically belongs to mobile download niche where users come to download mostly funny and viral videos.
Lifetime hosting is provided by wapka.com and as long as you do not break their rules (such as uploading adult and any illegal content),you will continue to get free hosting

The live website is wap.wapinter.net while just wapinter.net is down to me on the phone.
At the moment i dont see any ads but if you added ads in the past how much have you earned monthly.
I'm looking to work through Google AdSense so I need more info in this field.
