You can't. Faucets earn money through the ads being displayed on their site, in exchange for a really really small amount of bitcoin for the captcha solver. If the faucet owners increased the satoshis their giving out per captcha, then they'd be burning money. After all, faucets today aren't like the faucets of the early days whereas their intention was solely to give out bitcoin for people to try out.
