btc-e will not respond and will not unlock my account after 2fa unlinking

Phone bricked so I had to do 2fa unlinking through https://btc-e.com/otp_unlink

After the 2 weeks of wait the account was unlinked but locked. I contacted support and asked me for details which I've provided (last IPs, transactions etc) and even asked for high res bill and id scans which I provided. I also proposed more options for validating that I am the owner of my email and btc-e account but they won't say anything further afterwards. Does anyone know what should I do? Got a couple of BTCs in my account and I'm worried that I'll never see them again.

They unlocked it. Problem solved. Phew..
