Interest in opening small datacenter in Arizona

Really not sure where to post this so mods move where needed please.

Looking to find an industrial building to start a small scale (for now) data center in the Phoenix/Tempe/Chandler area.  Was interested to see if anyone would also be interested in this endeavor to split costs on the lease/internet/insurance.
