I just started and learning about bitcoin and the mining process.
I am using GUIminer and after a few hours ill get a I/O error.
The only way i can fix this is by closing and opening the program again.
Is there a way to fix this, especially since i plan on leaving it mining while i sleep?

Tell more about your set up.  And provide the exact error, otherwise we are only guessing at what the problem is.

sorry not very good with this Lol.
My setup..
Server:Deepbit
my device is selected as ATI RV770
cpu affinity is checked at 0 (just left it at default cause i have no idea what this is)
i dont have anything under extra flags.
Um, in order for me to get exact error message i have to let it run for a couple of hours,
but last time i started mining it gave me a different error than the  I/O error.

i think this is what you meant by setup lol.
