Why im still newbie?

Ive been active in this forum and had a post count of 52 plus this new post.
My question is why im still a newbie?
Is this some kind of a bug or im just missing something i dont know.

This is not a Bug, Your rank will change according to your activity points. You can earn only 14 activity points in 14 days and also if you have 14 posts in the week, but if you made 14 posts already you will need only 1 post on the day when the activity increases. Just be active here.

Actually, it doesn't matter if you keep posting after you know that the counting activity is 14/2 weeks, During your post doesn't lead to spam and out off topic. This is a savings for your post during next 2 weeks, and then we know that you are an active member in this forums. Keep posting, and exploration of many threads available. It is also necessary if you follow a signature campaign that requires you to post your comment at least 2-5x/day.
