I have 2 PayPal account with available balances I'm willing to sell , just need to attach the bank details to accounts to verify them , will let them go for a good price get in touch

are they limited /hacked/stolen accounts ?
Why don't you spend balances if they are  legit accounts ?

They are limited accounts , they are not stolen or hacked

They are limited accounts , they are not stolen or hacked
how much balance and get balance from where ?
