Trade Amazon E-Gift Cards with Bitcoins?

Hi.

I am very curious and do not mind securing another source of purchasing bitcoins.

If I were to buy Amazon e-Gift cards with my Amazon.com account (relevant screen caps will be provided to prove they are legit buys), are those e-Gift cards tradable to bitcoins? If it is a "Yes", what are the rates?

Didn't you have heard about purse.io ? About it was discussed several time over this forum, you can check their site or may search this forum to find some review and discussion thread. Good luck, i think purse will be enough for what you are looking to trade.

But purse.io involves waiting for the Amazon goods to reach recipients' household before the coins will be released. The process will take days and the rates are not very ideal too.

In this discussion, I am thinking of the feasibility of an almost instant transaction, through private messages or escrow.

Since I've sold my Amazon gift cards for bitcoins, I have always got the rate of 5% less than the face value (which makes it 95% face value). People here try to buy gift cards at unreasonable rates of 50-60% as well but since I waited, I got 95% of the value. If you want, you can also ask for Payza payments for your Amazon gift cards and then exchange Payza for bitcoins using the website itself. It takes 3 days for the same though but if you are open to more payment options, you get better rates.

You can trade them in purse.io, but do not expect a high value for your cards... you will get around 80-85% of the card value in Bitcoins or so. I have done it with some gift card balance I got.

You can trade via paxful. Their exchange rate is about 10 to 20%. It's the same rate I got the first time I buy my first bitcoins.
