I'm not sure what's going on. I've left this guy on for 3 straight days and the hash rate seems to be fine. Sometimes it says "connection problem" for just a second or so. I tried running it through the command prompt software and it says "dead" after about a day of mining. I'm not sure what's going on.

Look at your pool's pps rate...0.00000203 per share.

Coinotron pool pps rate: 0.00025414 per share.  Big difference, point your miner at coinotron and you will see a big difference.

Also, when solo mining, luck plays a big part. If in a smaller pool, they may not be solving too many blocks.

If it says dead, you need to restart it.

Also play around with your mining settings, you are getting 10% stales and that can be fixed by fine tuning your mining software.

Good luck!

2 things

you have almost a 10% stale rate.  Drop intensity by 1, get better internet connection, or back off on the overclocks a little.

the biggest thing is you're mining on DGM - a luck based payment.  Some days you'll make 3LTC, some days 0.5 depending on how lucky the pool is.  Switch to PPS if you want a steady amount, but PPS is very risky for the pools so they charge higher fees.
