BRAIN was previously listed in nova but when I clicked the link it no longer exist.

I don't know how long it will take for yobit to activate the BRAIN market again but you can ask their support about this and you can only hope for them to send you a response. I've heard yobit has been putting a lot of coins under maintenance and some are still not available at the moment and people are complaining.
Alternatively, maybe you can start a trading thread for BRAIN in the altcoin marketplace, there may be people in here who are interested to trade BRAINs the same as you.
