You can make an international wire transfer (using USDs) but it probably won't be cheap.

Another method is to open an OKPay account and wire money to them that way.

OkPay has been having some payment issues, I would wait until they resolve those before sending them money.

Canadians can get BTC easily at BitcoinsCanada.ca - no need to wire funds.

BTC-E don't accept direct international bank wires anymore. You have to use okpay.

An other workaround is to fund a Libertybit account to purchase btc and then transfer them to your btc-e account. I really enjoy working with Libertybit even if it has fewer transactions.
