7950 or 7970?

Hey guys, been mining with an Nvidia for a long time but I've finally decided it's just not worth it. You need an AMD to get worthwhile results. I was wondering if the 7970 is worth the extra cost compared to a 7950? What MH/s do you guys get with it? Also how many BTC per day? I plan on doing pooled mining using slush's pool.
