Hello guys, I am asking the question in the title, I am quite new and I am seeking information about the exchangers.
If you leave some information, please, trying to fund it with something that happened.
Thanks!

Are you referring to exchangers, as in people that offer exchange services in this forum?
If so, avoid anyone who has negative trust and isn't a Hero member or higher.

If you're talking about exchanges, as in websites where you can exchange your crypto, just use Poloniex, Kraken or Bittrex.

If you are a newbie then you do not need to go for deep in these exchangers and do not need to adopt multiple exchanges from now. But you only start working on yobit and poloniex these both will be enough for all of your requirements and after that when you learn yourself you can proceed to others according to your knowledge and experiences etc.

never really heard of Yobit much, is it a good one? Always see people talking about Polo Kraken or Bitrex

Saying the truth there are many scam accussation against YoBit, I haven't used their service recently so don't know maybe we should avoid it.

It was a good exchange when I was experimenting/trading a bit but sometimes the withdrawal process can take longer that we could expect.

I need to ask why you mentioned cryptopia on the list. Any bad track record you can refer to or caution? The only thing I noticed is a higher transaction fee but has lot of coin for exchange. I just got on the exchange because of some new coin that I like to trade and invest in.

I mentioned those because those are the ones I used to invest in Spectrecoin, Komodo and trumpcoin respectively. Yes, trumpcoin Cheesy already dumped mine with about 2.5x profit, so no jokes on me! Grin

So far no bad experiences in any of those, except Cryptopia UI seemed horrible and quite slower than other exchanges.

Yobit is still working but they have really poor customer support. Poloniex , bittrex and kraken are quite trusted exchange platform with really high volume.

Beware of bitfinex they have been hacked before also, so better not to trust them much with your bitcoins.

I am using cryptopia and c-cex occasionally and haven't got any problem, but they don't have much trading volume.

Poloniex is best if you want to trade bitcoin-altcoin pair but if you want to trade bitcoin-fiat pair than go with kraken or bitstamp both are good.

Yobit and bittrex are optional.

I would avoid any exchange that previously got hacked and didn't improve anything on their security , In other words , the exchanges that don't use cold storage for holding most of their funds therefore that makes them at risk of getting hacked anytime.
If you find yourself obliged to use an unknown exchange that is legit but not running for a long time then trading and withdrawing as soon as you finish should keep you safe.

If the problem is only the site being slow and the horrible UI, I can make do with that. Same komodo and incent brought me there, The only thing I cant deal with is fraud and hack. All I need is the Benjamin franklin remember, trade all the way

Bitstamp and Poloniex were hacked as well. Both exchanges responded very well to the situation in the way that they offered enough satisfaction in their approach to deal with the loss.

That however can't be said about Bitfinex. Everything around their "hack" just smells bad, and they can't do anything to take that smell away, unless they properly compensate their users ~and not with worthless equity tokens.

But the thing is, if an exchange has got hacked and they decide not to report about it, the public will never know what has happened. Especially if they just let people cash out as usual.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

try to use the famous exchanges with big number of users, such as poloniex and bittrex for altcoins, bitstamp, bitfinex, kraken for bitcoin mostly.

also a small exchange doesn't mean it is bad. there are good ones among them such as c-cex, cryptopia

and try to stay away from yobit. it is a bad and shady service.

also remember that none of these exchanges (without an exception) are risky. which means they can say we god hacked and then close down their site and you lose your money. it has already happened multiple times.

Unfortunately is not that simple and obvious. As we know MtGox was the biggest exchange of its time and it collapsed.
After that multi million Bitfinex hack we know that it is impossible to tell a good bitcoin exchange from a bad one.
Until service works and there is no clear indicators that hey are scamming users all exchanges are fine...

I think the situation on Bitfinex is different from now. It is unusual for an exchangers to scam their users since they make for every trading. It is still better to trade with high volume exchangers than low volume exchangers. If we can't trust exchangers, we don't have any choice but riskier. It same as in forex, there are too many trading sites with huge volume of trading and traders don't hesitate of putting millions of their money at stake, that is the means of trading.

What do you think of cryptox? It seems to be the only exchange trading Byteball. I believe it was the first also to add Komodo. Some users say they had no problems with this exchange. Have you had any experience with this?

Did someone mentioned that they never heard of yobit? a large LOL for that, yobit is the only crypto exchange with daily payments of $1000+ ever since they started their signature campaign, it's not that they are scammers but they like the fees for altcoins trades, so if you see they list all sorts of useless coins is because they want traders to do business in their platform to earn them something though they are manipulating the prices for personal gains, who wouldn't?
C-cex.com, Cryptopia, Cex.io are all good but you might want to consider staying away from alcurex and other dead services out there.

Nova exchange, cryptopia and ccex arent trustworthy?

I've used cryptopia and it's among the best exchanges and the fee also is good enough (0.0004 BTC fixed for any transaction) and the withdrawal is instant. C-cex is also good but they keep pumping and dumping exchanges if the trading volume is not good. It is good for altcoin exchanges.

never really heard of Yobit much, is it a good one? Always see people talking about Polo Kraken or Bitrex

Yobit is also good and trusted but with big volumes, they tend to delay the withdrawals and deposits. Coinbase is also trusted but again they face the delay issues.

Avoid any new exchange website that offers irreversible payments like PP, Skrill or a website that has bad reviews on the forum. Also, try to keep trading on the exchange websites and withdraw the money regularly. Don't make the money lie in your exchange account for long.

if you want to avoid small market then maybe you will avoid with bleutrade, c-cex, nova, and cryptopia because that market is small in volume. and if you want to trading in middle until big volume then you can go with poloniex, bittrex, yobit for complete list of altcoin and bitcoin. for cheap price, i think yobit, bluetrade, cryptopia have many coins in their list.
