I receive BTC-E code, can I find username and IP address who creat that code ?
I creat ticket for support btc-e.com but only receive username. How to find IP ?
you can not. the only person who knows the IP address and personal information of the account that created that BTC-e code is the BTC-e.com itself and they surely won't release it to a random guy who asks it. because it is an invasion of privacy and nobody will ever use their platform if they release such information to random guys on the internet or even the authorities!
