Armory stuck 0% 1 sec: Terminal scrolling error

I just updated to the latest Armory and Bitcoin

I'm running Bitcoin core alone. It's up to date.

When I start Armory, I get the terminal window starting properly but then scrolling continuously :-

ran out of new map indexes
mdb_enlarge_map failed with error: "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.
", id: 1224

Did you delete the old DB before running then new one?

Ah, not sure if I did or not ! 

I was doing a lot of 'maintenance' last week but can't remember all of what I did.

If I didn't, what do I do ?
