I am willing to buy the "special bonus prize" from whoever wins the bonus for their winning bid amount for the single ad slot that won, plus some additional amount to be determined/negotiated.

You would be giving up your VIP privileges and would get a free ad slot plus some btc.   

To whoever wins this bonus prize, I would highly suggest keeping it for yourself. It is not something you will ever get the opportunity to own again unless you donate a staggering amount of BTC to the forum.
