I am the operator (Jonathan Waller / jonwaller.net). Incorporating now, but that's not finalized yet.

Everything is hot. Much as with Instawallet, you shouldn't dump tons of money in there, and I've added a warning to that effect. If the server was hacked, that would be a disaster. I'm being very careful with encryption and backups.
